2 pcs skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp mirin
3 Tsbp fresh ginger, grated
2.5 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1. Combine mirin, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
2. Cut Chicken into 2-inch strips
3. Marinated chicken in sauce for at least 15 minutes.
1. On the grill, in a grill pan or in a saute pan, cook the chicken pieces on medium-high heat until cooked through. The strips will cook quickly.
2. Enjoy with rice and side dishes or with lettuce wraps
